Yeah, we’ve had our ups and downs, but here we are.  The vocalist can’t survive without his guitarist, can he?  Cliff just wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t for The Demon, and you know it.

You taught me to play poker (no, I’m STILL not playing for money), and thanks to that night, I know how to deal properly now.  Dealer tips would be appreciated every once in a while…and I promise, the next time, if there is one, I won’t be quite so cold.

Old Monk and Coke have taken on new meanings with you, bro…I have two words for you-The. Prestige.  Oh wait, I have four more words for you-Champions. League. Final. Aftermath.  We probably should’ve cleaned up before we left Kurup’s house, though!

Sorry, I don’t have a nickname for you…but I think your name’s pretty cool, too.  We weren’t that close, but that changed, didn’t it?  And boy, am I glad it did.  I said something similar for B, but here it goes…you’re the closest I’ve ever come to having a sister.  And yes, I’m saying this with complete awareness of what it entails-protection, being there when you need someone, et al.

I know I make fun of you a lot, but it’s just because, well…I’m just built that way.  The more I pull your leg, the more I love you.  Geddit?  Actually, if you consider that, I love you more than anyone else I know!!!

You’re adorable, you know?  You have that cheeky little grin, and yes, you sound really, really good when you speak in Hindi.  You’ve said the opposite to me, but still…it’s really quite fun to listen to!

Stop telling me that you can’t remember your dance routines…I know that that’s ALL LIES.  You need to start showing me your routines.  I can’t go for a dance class myself, so I’ll live through you!

I still remember, you were the first person that Neha and the bunch paired me up with…even before Sneha.  WHAT were they thinking, do you know?  I’m completely clueless…we’re as far from a couple as could be!

Being close to your kids is going to be fun-I’m going to be their fun uncle Nikhil!  And I’m sorry, but if they choose to tell me ANY secrets, I have to keep them to myself.

And contrary to popular belief, I’m not ALWAYS on her side.  Call me a liar, if you want.

Wow.  Where do I even begin?  You’re the closest friend I’ve ever had…and for that, I’ll always be grateful.  There’s absolutely NOTHING that we can’t talk about-I think we proved that on the 26th of January when, according to your mom, we were ‘lost in each other’s eyes, as if the world didn’t exist’!!!  But it’s been useful, talking to you about ‘you know what’…it’s always fun to exchange tips and tricks!

Movies just wouldn’t be the same without you…Rent will always be our movie.  Well, at least now you know why ‘Your Eyes’ was so special to me!  Bhaiyya might be rubbing off on me a little bit, but Dev D is CLAIMED.  BTW, we haven’t finished watching that movie together.  Or Watchmen.  Or The Number 23.  What is it with us and not finishing movies?

Oh wait, that’s Snehal’s fault ( I can just see her rolling her eyes and saying, “This Nikhil, no…can’t see anything wrong with Sneha only!!!)  She keeps saying that, I don’t know why…she has this crazy idea that no matter what, I’m always going to take your side.  I mean, what would put that idea in her head?  I don’t side with you all the time, do I?  Wait, don’t answer that.

You’re a GOOD DANCER.  Stop saying and thinking that you’re not, because you are…take it from one dancer to another.  Since I can’t come and watch your workshop, we’ll have to sit down together and watch the video…and I’ll sit and prove to you that you ARE good.  It’s a pity you don’t need to learn how to swagger anymore, though.  Teaching you that would’ve been fun.

You’ve got this special little place in my life, that’s never going to be filled by anyone else.  Never out of each other’s pictures, remember?  But seriously, there’s only one person in the world I would download Twilight for…

One little letter can make so much difference, can’t it?  I remember you telling me that the day the ‘w’ was exchanged for a ‘v’ would be a really, really special day for you…well, my ‘w’ went out of the window a long time ago!

It’s been a whirlwind six years (wow, has it been that long??), and it’s involved long conversations, relationships, fun, movies, music, alcohol (not much, but a little), making everyone in the building think we’ve been dating for five years…I could go on and on.  This has been a really detailed post, but there’s a really simple way to end it.  And trust me, you have no idea how much I mean this.
